Reservations and Deposit
Advance payment in full at the time of booking your reservation Rates are based per room, per night, for single or double occupancy. We accept Visa, Master Card Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include applicable state and city tax. No refunds for earlier departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior your scheduled arrival, no payment will be returned. Cancellations outside of 7 days, advance payment will be returned less a processing fee of 100.00$. Event deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation. • 30 day cancellation for multiple bookings and holidays. • Group reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable.
Smoking/Vaping
To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we do not allow smoking, vaping within all indoor spaces. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas where ashtrays are provided.
Candles
Our property do not allow candles. Guests who violate this policy will be required to leave and will be asked to pay a 300.00$ cleaning and restoration fee.
Children
Well behaved children 8 years and above are more than welcome. They will be pampered as little princes and princesses. Children amenities can be inquired from the innkeepers if necessary.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate our guests pets.

Special dietary restrictions or food allergies: Please let us know if you have special diet restrictions when making your reservation. • We can communicate in English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch.
